Shipping Policy

We ship Novium-9 Brain within the United States. Every order ships free.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery

Standard shipping arrives within 3–5 business days for most US addresses. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Subscription orders

Subscription shipments are sent monthly on your subscription anniversary date. You can pause, skip, adjust, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong product, email admin@wrightlife.solutions within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, email admin@wrightlife.solutions and we'll work with you to make it right.
