We stand behind Novium-9 Brain with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn't deliver what you hoped — for any reason — we'll refund you in full.
How to request a refund
Email admin@wrightlife.solutions with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit; if more than 15 business days pass after our confirmation, contact us and we'll look into it.
You don't need to return the bottle — opened or unopened, partial or full. Keep it, finish it, or discard it. We just ask that you let us know it didn't work for you, so we can keep getting better.
Subscription orders
Each shipment is independently eligible for a 60-day refund window from its delivery date. You can pause, skip, or cancel future shipments anytime from your account dashboard.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong product, email admin@wrightlife.solutions within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Exchanges
The fastest path to an exchange is to request a refund on the order you have and place a new order separately.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not refundable.
